The UP government has imposed a complete ban on driving by minors. For doing this, apart from jail, there is also a provision of a fine of Rs 25,000.

parents will be responsible
This order has been issued recently. It is clearly written in this that if a parent gives his minor son or daughter to drive a bike or car, then he himself will be responsible for it. In this, the provision of punishment is for the owner of the vehicle or the father of the minor caught. It has been told that the license of the vehicle which is caught will also be cancelled.

License will not be made
A minor who is caught driving will not be able to get a license after completing 18 years. Such a boy or girl will not be given a license for 25 years. This was recommended by the State Child Protection Commission, after which this strict rule is being implemented. It has been told that this step has been taken in view of the increasing cases of accidents.
